In September 2006 Tomboy Tools introduced the "Pink for a Purpose" campaign to raise money and awareness for the Susan G. Komen For the Cure. Tomboy Tools raised over $139,000 in the first year of the campaign, over $42,000 has been raised to date for the second year.
Effective March 1, 2009 Tomboy Tools became an official sponsor of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer to continue their fundraising effort to eradicate breast cancer. During each walk weekend Tomboy Tools will have a demonstration booth on Saturday in the Wellness Village.
